Oily Liquid & Low Volatility
DOP is a colorless transparent oily liquid with mild odor. It has low volatility and good flexibility, requiring sealed storage and kept away from strong oxidants during handling.
Dioctyl Phthalate, with molecular formula C24H38O4, is a colorless transparent oily liquid. It is practically insoluble in water, soluble in most organic solvents and resins. With stable chemical properties, low volatility and excellent plasticizing effect, it is the most widely used general plasticizer for soft PVC products and polymer materials.
